Lady Scorpions Have Been On A Tear!!
Our girls have been on a tear this year with the most recent results coming from their respective County Tournaments. Special recognition to a couple of our girls who have repeated as County Champions; Leeana Mercado of Lodi High School becoming Lodi’s first ever 2x county Champion. Leeana was a NJ HS Girls State Champion last year. Eva Altamirano of South Plainfield High School becoming a 2x County Champion and Outstanding Wrestler honors as she defeated the current #1 ranked wrestler in the state in the finals of the county tournament. Leeah Gutierrez of Perth Amboy High School also repeated her performance from last year as she takes home her second County Title in as many years.
